Shipping Methods 

Goods are generally shipped after payment is received (plus the stated production/delivery time). Deliveries are usually made by Austrian Post, DHL, or DHL Express. Depending on the size of the order, shipments within Austria are sent as a small parcel or insured package. International shipments are handled by DHL or DHL Express (or similar), again depending on the size of the order, as a small parcel or insured package.

Ordered items are shipped no later than 2-3 weeks after payment is received, but usually within 1-3 business days, depending on order volume.

Postal Delivery Times

Austria: approx. 1-2 days

EU: approx. 4-14 days

All other countries: approx. 14-21 days

The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and all other applicable charges.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart and on the order page.

Digital content (e-books, software, etc.) is shipped free of charge.
